Exchange Request
Your
Satisfaction is important to us. You
may request an exchange for up to 5
days after you receive your order.
To exchange an item, you must fill
out the form below. Our customer
service department will email you
back within 96 hours. We will
email you all the information you
need as to where to return the item
and your RMA#. We will not
accept exchange merchandise that has
not been previously approved... all
unapproved exchanges will be
returned to sender at their cost.
You must write your RMA# on the
outside of your package. We must
receive your exchange within 10
Business Days after we respond with
your RMA#. That gives you 2 weeks to
get it to us Sorry, shipping costs
are not refundable and you will have
to pay the return shipping cost of
the new pair (click
here for shipping costs). If
there is a price difference between
the pair you have and the pair you
want then you will be credited or
charged the difference. We
recommend that you send your
exchange insured. We are not
responsible for lost or stolen
merchandise. If YOU damage any item
we cannot accept it for an exchange.
Shoes/Boots must be in 100%
resellable condition as well as the
shoe box. Do not put tape or write
on the boxes. Damaged shoes boxes
are $5 fee, boot boxes are $10 fee.
